We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing & Operations Virtual Assistant to support a growing Fractional CFO and Finance Coaching practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys marketing execution, digital operations, and client support, and who can help relieve day-to-day operational pressure while ensuring consistent brand presence and smooth workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Content Support
Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting social media content on LinkedIn and Instagram
Respond to direct messages (DMs) professionally and promptly
Support email campaigns, newsletters, and broadcasts as directed
Assist with webinars, the creation of content, setup and support
Help with blog and content publishing
Assist with designing marketing materials, documents, and slide decks using Canva
Edit short-form marketing and educational videos
Funnel, Website & Automation Support
Support funnel creation and basic automation tasks in GoHighLevel (GHL)
Help manage calendars, bookings, and integrations related to marketing and onboarding
Client Support & Operations
Assist with welcoming and onboarding new clients
Provide ongoing client support and respond to inquiries as needed
Support preparation for monthly online workshops and webinars
Help create and organize workshop-related documents and presentation materials
Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables in Asana.
Key Requirements & Competencies:
Experience in social media marketing and email marketing
Familiarity with funnels, automations, and online booking systems
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proactive task identification and implementation
Clear, professional, and effective communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
Comfortable supporting live or virtual events and workshops
