Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and edit AI-generated content to ensure clarity, accuracy, style, and adherence to editorial standards.
Develop and curate training materials and datasets to enhance AI understanding of narrative structure, tone, and linguistic nuance.
Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to provide actionable feedback on AI outputs.
Analyze patterns in AI-generated content to improve model performance and reduce errors.
Research current writing trends, genres, and best practices to inform AI training strategies.
Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical teams.
Advocate for editorial standards and ensure AI-generated content aligns with the intended voice and audience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a writer, author, editor, or related role with a portfolio of published work.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail and nuance.
Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or digital content creation tools.
Ability to critique, revise, and improve both long-form and short-form content.
Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills, with comfort working remotely.
Ability to interpret feedback constructively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Passion for bridging human creativity with AI technology.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience training AI language models or working with NLP technologies.
