JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Lead breakthrough, deployment and replication of novel and niche technologies to enhance operational excellence through development & enhancement of existing technologies and forming strategic collaboration to build competitive advantage in delivering cutting edge performance of the organization in line with Corporate Agenda.
  2. Lead Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) Project Development Plan and Project Execution through designing cutting-edge technologies and business strategy approach that comply with  good industry practice and standards in Project Management.
  3. Drive Project Management deliverables (including costs, schedule and resources requirements development), procurement contracting strategies and project interface management using Project Management Best Practices in order to ensure project completion is successfully delivered and to achieve maximum value creation.
  4. Drive technical review in compliance to project management governance to be in line with corporate governance, PETRONAS’ policies and regulations, technical standards and statutory requirements to safeguard PETRONAS’ and shareholders’ interest to achieve Best In-Class practice.
  5. Provide advocacy in technical solutions of Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Capture, pre – treatment, liquefaction, shipping, receiving terminal, cold energy recovery, pipeline, injection well, Carbon Dioxide (CO2) conversion into products, water production, storage appraisal, storage certification, and MMV (Monitoring, measurement and verification) through lens of technical feasibility, technology maturity, regulation and cost to ensure compliance to corporate governance and host government requirement, and achievement of PETRONAS business plan and strategy.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline and seasoned professional with diverse experience and technical knowledge related to Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage (CCUS).
  • Experienced in technical knowledge related to Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage (CCUS) would be an added advantage.

 

Requirement:

  • Minimum 10 years of related working experience.
