What You Will Do:

1. Improve and scale the Indonesian Equities product experience
Own and improve key journeys across discovery ? onboarding/KYC ? trade execution ? portfolio ? reporting.
Ship UX and product improvements around stock search, order placement, order status transparency, portfolio views,
and statements.
Work with operations, compliance, and ecosystem partners (exchange/broker/custodian flows as relevant) to ensure
regulatory alignment and a seamless end-to-end trading experience.

2. Build and iterate Local Products that deepen engagement and AUM
Improve investment flows for Gold and Mutual Funds (buy/sell/redemption), ensuring clarity around pricing, fees/taxes,
and portfolio performance.
Launch and iterate Savings / yield-like features that help users grow idle balances with clear value props and
predictable user experience.
Partner cross-functionally to grow AUM and adoption through better product packaging and lifecycle journeys

3. Strengthen Wallet & fund flows that power local investing
Own wallet-related experiences such as IDR deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers across asset classes.
Improve speed, reliability, fee transparency, and user trust in fund flows.
Collaborate with Risk, CS, and Ops to reduce failed transactions, improve dispute handling, and strengthen controls

4. Execute with strong product craft and cross-functional collaboration
Translate goals into PRDs, user stories, success metrics, and sprint plans.
Partner with Engineering and Design to ship iteratively with a high bar for quality, edge cases, and operational
readiness.
Work with Analytics to instrument funnels, track impact, and continuously iterate based on data and user feedback.

What You Will Need Qualifications:

1+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, trading, or digital financial services.
Strong interest in (or exposure to) Indonesian equities, wealth products, and/or consumer financial flows.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in ambiguous and execution-heavy environments.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong execution and problem-solving skills; able to break down complex domains into shippable increments.
Data-informed decision making: funnel analysis, cohort thinking, and experimentation mindset (A/B testing
experience is a plus).
Clear communicator who can align Engineering, Design, Ops, and Compliance on scope and tradeoffs.
High user empathy—especially around trust, transparency, and clarity for retail investors.
