Tasks:

Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites using Figma and Framer.
Create responsive layouts that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
Develop UI/UX designs that enhance user experience and meet client objectives.
Collaborate with clients and team members to understand design requirements and user needs.
Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Implement design systems and ensure consistency across website designs.
Coordinate and collaborate effectively with project managers, clients, and colleagues to deliver high-quality website designs.
Produce drafts and make revisions based on the feedback received.
Deliver 2-4 website design projects per day with a usual turnaround time of 24 hours.


Requirements:

2+ years of experience in website design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse web projects.
Proficient in Figma and Framer (mandatory).
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and web design best practices.
Excellent skills in creating visually appealing and functional website layouts.
Knowledge of current web design trends and technologies.
Fluent in English (mandatory) - both written and verbal communication.
Ability to consistently meet 24-hour project turnarounds.
Capacity to handle 2-4 website design projects per day.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and design skills.
Good interpersonal skills and client-handling experience.
Team player with a sense of humor.
