I am looking for a Data Analyst with sharp business acumen who is passionate about leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and solve complex business challenges. You will work on a wide range of questions and deep dive into data from various areas of our business, all while facing high expectations for quality and speed of delivery.

What You Will Do:

• • Partner with stakeholders to solve business problems and unlock new opportunities through ad-hoc analysis.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports, providing visualizations and actionable insights for colleagues in various teams (marketing, product, finance, customer success, people).
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and support their analysis needs.
  • Utilize your expertise in SQL to write ad hoc queries, generating visualizations, answering complex questions.
  • Challenge & enhance analytical methods currently used to raise the bar for quality and speed of data driven decisions & improve data literacy in organization.
  • Work closely with colleagues from other data teams (Data engineers, analytics engineers) to effectively manage data analysis and projects.

What We Expect:

• • Strong business acumen, ability to convert complex data into insights and actions.
  • Hands-on experience working with SQL.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (we use Tableau).
  • Cutting-edge analytical thinking.
  • Results-oriented mindset, communication and collaboration skills.
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in a data analyst/business analyst/finance analyst or similar position.
  • Experience in Data Science field will be considered as an advantage.
