SKILL :

Proven experience as a Team Lead Control Manager, Financial Controller, or in a related position.

Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets; understanding of BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.).

Strong ability to work with KPIs and metrics: identify deviations, form hypotheses, and explain root causes.

Experience building regular reporting systems and working with corporate systems/CRM.

Understanding of efficiency control principles and plan-vs-actual analysis.

English level B1+ (spoken and written), confident communication and documentation handling.

Accuracy, responsibility, attention to detail, fast learner.

Leadership competencies: communication skills, analytical thinking, performance management.
