Requirements :

Minimum education: Equivalent, preferably Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in English Education, English Literature, or related fields.
Minimum age 18 years old and maximum age 40 years old.
Able to communicate in English fluently, both spoken and written.
Clear and understandable pronunciation.
Teaching certificates such as TOEFL, IELTS, TEFL, or TESOL are an advantage.
Previous experience in teaching English (private, course, or online) is preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with good communication skills.
Able to explain materials clearly and in a simple way.
Patient, friendly, communicative, and responsible.
Highly disciplined, punctual, and committed to the teaching schedule.
Willing to teach students of different ages and proficiency levels.
Have adequate teaching equipment and a stable internet connection (for online classes).
Able to use online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or similar tools.

Job Description :

Teach English according to students’ levels, needs, and learning objectives.
Prepare and deliver structured and engaging lesson materials.
Teach speaking, listening, reading, writing, and grammar skills.
Provide exercises, assignments, and regular evaluations.
Give constructive feedback and corrections to help students improve.
Monitor and record students’ learning progress.
Create an active, interactive, and supportive learning environment.
Adjust teaching methods based on students’ age and learning style.
Maintain professional communication with students, parents, or related parties.
Conduct teaching sessions according to the agreed schedule.
