JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals and market share targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the executive team to align sales objectives with overall business goals.
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging in networking, participating in trade shows, and staying connected with industry events to expand the company's reach.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
3 years of experience at a finance and leasing company is preferable
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing and scaling sales teams.
Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
