What You'll Be Doing:
Support brand activation programs across trade channels – ensuring execution excellence at the point of sale.
Coordinate the implementation of commercial tools (DMS, SFA, merchandising platforms) in collaboration with distributor and field teams.
Manage training sessions, onboarding, and daily support for distributor sales teams.
Track and report on tool adoption, execution KPIs, and post-activation insights.
Work cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Sales, and Distributor Management teams to align activation plans with business goals.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in brand activation, trade marketing, or field marketing (FMCG experience preferred).
Strong English communication skills — both written and verbal (must-have).
Familiarity with commercial systems (DMS, SFA, etc.) is a big plus.
Excellent coordination, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
