Requirements :

Proven experience in web development (portfolio or past projects required).
Proficiency in one or more web stacks (PHP/Laravel, Ruby on Rails, Python/Django, Node.js, atau lainnya).
Strong skills in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Vue/Angular).
Experience with responsive & cross-browser design.
Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Ability to develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of Git/version control.
Experience with deployment and cloud hosting (AWS, GCP, or similar).
Strong communication & remote collaboration skills.
Ability to deliver projects on time with clean, maintainable code.
