Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve inquiries and ensure a positive experience.


Key Responsibilities (Job Desk):

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
Identify trends in customer feedback to help improve service and processes.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
Meet performance metrics and quality standards for customer support.


Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer support or a related role.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus.
High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Flexible schedule and ability to work across different time zones (if required).
