Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to emails, messages, and calendar appointments
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and file organization.
Conduct online research and prepare reports or summaries.
Assist with social media management and content scheduling.
Coordinate with team members and clients virtually.
Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and common online collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
Positive attitude, proactive, and adaptable to changing tasks and priorities.
