Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Create engaging and shareable content (posts, videos, stories, reels) aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the audience.
Analyze social media performance metrics and generate regular reports to optimize campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistency across campaigns.
Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting and budget tracking.
Maintain brand consistency in content and visuals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.
Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are advantageous.
