Persyaratan :

Coach and counseling team about the disciplinary, personal performance and guidance to do the job
Create and analyze the needs of Manpower Planning as a guide for recruitment for the next year
Monitoring job opening to posting in channel recruitment base on the needs of manpower request (platform internal and external)
Resume collection, resume screening, selecting and assessment for position Assistant Manager Up as Sourcing and talent acquistion
Monitoring recruitment process
Vacancies and placement reports to Labor Office (Regional Government)
Follow Company program;

Comply and Implement of regulations, culture OHS (including use PPE), energy, quality and environment to support company management system.
Provide information about work accidents, issues and provide advice related OSH, energy, quality and environment programs to participate and improve the company management system.


Requirements :

Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority
Minimum 18 Years Old
Candidate possess at Bachelor Degree Psychology.
Required language: English
Minimum 3 years as leader in the same field
Knowledges and Skills: Knowledge of manpower planning, recruitment and selection process, competency of candidate, Labor Law, HRIS, Analyze sources of manpower, Identify the source of manpower as needed, Coaching Counseling, Interview candidate, Phycological Test Tools
Personality or Character: Customer Focus, Communicates Effectively, Delivers Quality
Understanding vision mission company and safety policy
Understanding standards in work areas related regulation of OHS Energy, Quality and Environment
