Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and finalize contracts and other related agreements
Prepare and maintain reports related to coal sales and procurement
Develop event planning and coordination for training activities
Provide support for other administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in a similar role is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
Interest and/or experience in supporting sales administration, report preparation, or data management is a plus
