TUGAS KERJA :

Responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume hiring needs.
Handling a high volume of administrative tasks
Utilize various sourcing methods such as job to find suitable candidates.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers to identify job requirements, and develop recruitment strategies.


SYARAT:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Mass Hiring Recruitment.
Fresh Graduate with internship experience is welcome to apply
Proven track record of managing a mass hiring project, specifically sales multi financing company.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate various systems, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
