QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of experience designing responsive websites or web apps
Strong portfolio showcasing UI web design work (preferably eCommerce or DTC)
Proficient in Figma (or similar tools like Adobe XD or Sketch)
Solid understanding of UX best practices, responsive design, and accessibility
Ability to bring design concepts to life in collaboration with developers and marketers
Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
Bonus: Experience designing for kids’ brands or familiarity with front-end development


RESPONSIBILITIES

Design intuitive, mobile-optimized web pages and experiences that reflect our playful, premium brand
Translate briefs into wireframes, mockups, and final UI designs
Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, marketers, and product managers
Improve the user journey and ensure consistency in visual identity across all touchpoints
Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data
Help build and maintain a scalable design system
