Scope of Work :

Brand Development: Design cohesive brand identities, including original logos, typography, color schemes, and style guidelines tailored to client needs.
Graphic Creation: Create and edit diverse visual assets for social media, websites, presentations, and various platforms, ensuring alignment with client brand guidelines.
Tool Proficiency: Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Figma, PowerPoint, and Google Slides to deliver high-quality designs for various industries.
Client Collaboration: Communicate directly with customers to understand requests, set realistic expectations, and deliver exceptional designs.
Teamwork: Collaborate with Art Directors, Production Coordinators, and Quality Specialists to maintain workflow efficiency and project success.
Creative Problem-Solving: Translate client ideas into visually compelling, original designs that meet branding and messaging goals.
Quality Assurance: Ensure designs meet client specifications and maintain brand consistency.
Project Management: Handle multiple projects daily, adapting to varying complexities and tight deadlines.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on design trends and techniques to provide innovative, top-tier solutions.
Client-Focused Flexibility: Adapt to unique service needs, ensuring personalized and impactful creative outputs.


Requirements :

A current portfolio showcasing comprehensive experience in branding projects, including ideation, logo design, and implementation across diverse formats, with a strong emphasis on graphic design.
Advanced skills in conceptual design, typography, page layout, and graphic design for print, interactive, and broadcast projects.
Keen attention to detail and thorough understanding of the technical and strategic aspects of branding.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate brand guidelines and the rationale behind them.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Acrobat.
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Slides for effective design and presentation.
Ability to interpret and organize project requirements, even in situations where they are not well-defined.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time.
Critical thinking, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a forward-thinking approach.

Keep in mind that after the recruitment process, you’ll participate in a 2-week program we call Brine, where we’ll need your availability during regular working hours in the PST timezone. Throughout this period, you’ll engage in tasks similar to the projects our creatives handle daily. The main goal is to showcase your ability to deliver top-notch designs quickly. You’ll receive the necessary resources and valuable tips to enhance your workflow. It’s important to note that this phase serves as a pass/fail assessment for full onboarding onto Make Relish.
