Responsibilities:

Research and generate fun and educational video ideas suitable for kids and parents.
Shoot and act in short, dynamic, and engaging videos (up to 30 seconds in length).
Work in pairs to film scenes, often portraying the characters Villainess and Boss (costumes and wigs may be used to reflect the characters' unique personalities).
Produce a high volume of content — around 50–60 short videos per month.
Make and demonstrate simple crafts and DIY projects on camera.
Edit recorded footage to match project requirements, ensuring high audience engagement and visual appeal.


Requirements:

Proven experience in video production, including filming and editing.
Ability and willingness to act in front of the camera, with a partner (duo required for filming).
Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for content creation.
Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering a high volume of content on time.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Proficiency in English or Russian (spoken and written)
Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
