Job Descriptions :
Responsibility for end-to-end exploration (qualitative & quantitative) process
Analyze customer behavior and identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Work with cross functional teams and effectively design and formulate methods for product development based on customer insights
Collaborate with Product Designer on co-creation also validate the ideas for discovery process
Be the voice of the customer and provide product experience insights to drive better solutions
Analyze complex customers data and effectively translate it into insights and actionable items
Present research findings clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
Qualification :
Minimum 2 years of experience as a UX Researcher or Product Researcher
Strong understanding, empathy and sense about customers
High level of expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
Proven competency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis and problem-solving
Strategic thinking and drive for results, creativity, problem solving and strong business acumen
Ability to craft a compelling story driven by data to deliver insights
Excellent team working & communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience with user experience design tools (e.g., FigJam, Miro)
