Responsibilities:
Strategy
Organic Growth Initiatives: Design and execute technical growth hacking strategies to boost website traffic, app downloads, and user acquisition through content repurposing, cross-platform collaborations, and data-driven A/B testing.
SEO Strategy: Develop and implement holistic SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings across web and video platforms (e.g., YouTube SEO optimization)
ASO Strategy: Optimize app store listings, metadata, and creatives to enhance visibility and rankings in app stores (Google Play, App Store), aligning with platform algorithms.
Keyword & Trend Research: Conduct in-depth keyword and trend analysis for SEO, ASO, and social platforms (Instagram & YouTube search trends) to identify high-value opportunities.
Paid Media Promotion : Strategically boost media releases and high-impact content on major outlets to rank for anchor keywords and drive authority.
Execution
SEO: Optimize on-page content, technical SEO, and content health by collaborating with writers to align content with SEO best practices and user intent.
ASO: Optimize app store listings, conduct localization and testing, and benchmark against top-performing apps to identify growth opportunities.
YouTube Optimization: Boost video discoverability by optimizing titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails using tools like VidIQ.
Paid Media Promotion: Identify high-impact keywords and strategically amplify media releases and content on major outlets to enhance authority and visibility.
Creative Collaboration: Partner with content and creative teams to ensure all digital assets are optimized for SEO, ASO, and platform-specific algorithms.
A/B Testing: Run experiments to refine metadata, CTAs, and content formats for maximum organic growth across websites, apps, and platforms.
Performance Health: Improve website/app health metrics (e.g., Core Web Vitals, keyword rankings) to exceed industry benchmarks and dominate high-intent keywords.
Reporting & Collaboration:
Monitor key metrics for SEO, ASO, YouTube, and paid media promotions, analyze data & base recommendations on these insights.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Creative, Content, and Data teams to ensure data-driven strategies that align with business goals.
Report campaign performance and insights to stakeholders, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay Informed & Learn: Stay updated on the latest SEO and ASO trends, algorithms, and best practices, while continuously improving skills through learning opportunities.
Experimentation: Innovate and experiment with new optimization techniques to enhance website traffic and user engagement.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 3-5 years in SEO/ASO strategy development and execution, including SMO and YouTube optimization.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools including Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, App Annie, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action, VidIQ, Hootsuite, Google Play Console, and App Store Connect.
Analytical Skills: Advanced data analysis with Looker Studio/Excel for keyword research and insights.
SEO Knowledge: Expertise in E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness), YMYL content, and latest SEO trends/algorithms.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, set goals, meet deadlines, and collaborate cross-functionally.
Paid Media Promotion: Experience amplifying media releases via high-impact keywords to boost authority/visibility.
YouTube Optimization: Optimize videos (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails) using tools like VidIQ.
Social Media Optimization: Proficiency in Instagram SEO (hashtags, captions, profile optimization) to drive engagement/visibility.
