Key responsibilities:

Investment Analysis & Trade Spend Management: Pre & post-evaluation of the investment initiatives within the commercial team. Optimize trade spend & regular review of trading terms
Budget Planning & Control: Manage budgets and actual commercial team expenses. Prepare weekly cost control monitoring.
Marketing Strategy Support: Support decision-making, and evaluate new business opportunities with financial analysis.
Month-End Closing & Reporting: Prepare accruals & management reports
Operational Control: Identify, mitigate financial risks, and develop operational control. Maintain system administration related to trade spend.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in finance business partnering, preferably with experience in commercial or marketing finance. Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
