Responsibilities:

Managing the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.

Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Providing a great candidate experience by ensuring smooth and transparent communication.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles.
Strong ability to identify and assess potential candidates based on skills, experience, and attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job boards, and LinkedIn for sourcing.
- High level of adaptability and ability to work independently as a freelancer.
