MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
Assure Unilever Indonesia products are available to be easily obtained by consumers by managing customer strategy + business Plan and establishing distributor management + development.
Customer Strategy & Business Plan
- Executing the Sales Strategy & Business Plan.
- Track and analyze the sales implementation including the trend.
- Think big and think tight through brainstorming and prioritizing key activities.
- Ensure in-store operational excellence.
- Sales capability building, HR management (in distributor).
DISTRIBUTOR MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT
- Design distributor’s sales and support infrastructure, establish the rewards and recognition system.
- Distributor profitability.
- Conduct the distributor audit & management of Distributor Contracts.
- In-depth understanding of Distributors (Distributors Insight).
- Build and maintain productive customer relationships.
- Driving change management of Digitalization adoption.
- Develop strong relationship with key customers and strategic retailers to be dominant at the market.
- In-depth understanding of key retail customers.
- Willing to be placed all over Indonesia Timur Area ( eg. NTT, Ambon )
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional with minimum 3 yearsrelevant workingexperiencesin FMCG business.
- Solid experiences in managing distributors, Go to Market Strategy & trade category.
- Proven leading team experience& good negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across different levels of an organization.
- Excellent Microsoft office & excel, able to carry out analysis and interpretation of data.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, proactive, can-do attitude, eagerness to learn and work well in a fast-paced environment.
