Job Description:

We are seeking an Office Supervior with a strong background in managing an office and experience in sales and marketing to join our media company. Your attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and dedication to maintaining a professional and efficient office environment will be vital for success in this position.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Polish or Ukrainian language is an advantage.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in related fields is required.
  • Excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Punctual, reliable, with a strong work ethic and administrative skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the office’s day-to-day activities and actively support departmental growth and profitability.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Actively seek out and generate leads for advertising; work with the sales team to identify potential advertisers and assist in selling publication ads.
  • Craft emails and PR communications targeting specific audiences.
  • Identify potential interviewees for our leadership initiatives schedule and conduct interviews for a negotiated fee.
  • Organize and participate in networking events, both internal and external; attend relevant events outside the office to promote our brands.
  • Oversee and assist in developing and launching a weekly streaming show, ensuring its success and growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign strategies to increase publication subscriptions.
  • Work with the teams to manage a monthly budget for social media advertising and sponsored content, determining the budget allocation across different platforms and campaigns.
  • Support internal communication efforts, including employee newsletters, announcements, and updates.
  • Review weekly and monthly timecards and attendance records for accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist HR in processing vacation, time-off, out-of-office requests, recruitment and other related functions.
