Your Role

As a Legal and Consulting Operations Graduate/Analyst, you will join a high performing team with talented and supportive professionals who will help you learn and challenge you to grow in an exciting environment. You will have the opportunity to engage with a broad range of stakeholders, and the focus of your role will be to drive Digital transformation across legal and consulting businesses. This permanent position is open to our Sydney or Melbourne office with hybrid working arrangements available.

You will be responsible for assisting and leading strategic and operational initiatives including:

  • Executing the firm’s Generative AI strategy.
  • Gathering and analysing information about legal and consulting operational processes and articulating the recommendations to optimise these processes.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for improvements.
  • Collaborating with a range of cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives which enhance operational efficiency.
  • Driving the adoption of new technology.
  • Working closely with the broader Automation and Client Solutions and Digital teams to support the identification of digital systems and innovations which align with the Digital Strategy.

More About You

  • Recent graduate or have completed your undergraduate degree in the last 3 years.
  • Possess solid academic results, preferably within the following disciplines: Finance, Economics, Business or Commerce, Psychology, and Law. A double degree in a combination of the above disciplines would be favourable but is not essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrate a passion for solving business problems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, people management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and part of a team.
  • Proactive and able to take ownership and responsibility for your work to meet deadlines.
