A. Budget Data Management:

• Compile data for all cost categories on a monthly basis for budgeting purposes.
• Maintain and update records for each cost tracker.
• Conduct analysis on updates to each cost category.

B. Daily Warehouse Cost Control:

• Supervise the management of daily cost control activities within the warehouse.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of cost tracker data and associated records.
• Monitor and approve purchase requests within budgetary constraints.
• Oversee the timely submission of invoices to the finance team and ensure payments are processed within deadlines.

C. Monthly Cost Reporting:

• Generate and manage monthly cost reports, including accrual reports for each cost category.
• Analyze actual costs against budgeted figures for each cost category.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance majors or related field.
• Minimum 1.5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Power Point).
• Experience in data processing using MS Excel is a must.
• Great attention to detail.
• Willing to be placed in Logos, Bekasi.
