Initially, you will be responsible for editing 1 long-form video per week along with 2-3 YouTube Shorts. As the channel grows, responsibilities will increase to 2 long-form videos and 4-6 Shorts per week. I am aiming to produce 60 long-form videos by the end of the year, and 120-180 shorts.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to edit long-form talking head videos like Ali Abdaal.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Excellent sense of pacing and visual storytelling in video content.
• Experience with short video formats and motion graphics.

Optional Qualifications:

• Interest or background in finance and investing.
• Ability to work with project management software (we use Clickup)
