Job Responsibilities

  • Perform sales analysis based on historical data and market trend.
  • Create product inbound and outbound plan for E-Commerce warehouse.
  • Monitor daily product inventory level in E-Commerce warehouse. Ensure replenishment from company warehouse to E-Commerce warehouse is carried out timely to prevent any loss of sales.
  • Ensure no shortage of products at E-Commerce warehouse down to each SKU level, place urgent order to company warehouse whenever it is necessary.
  • Communicate with warehouse team, logistics team and merchandising team to solve any issue in order to maximize E-Commerce sales and profit and to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure products are displayed on website correctly based on company launching plan. Check and remove out of stock products from site regularly.
  • Assist digital marketing team to check inventory level to avoid featuring out of stock products on website top page, e-newsletter and/or SNS.


  • Analytical skills and logical thinking.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven. Comfortable working with numbers.
  • Basic IT skills (Microsoft Excel required).
  • Able to work independently in a small team.
  • Problem solving skills and eagerness to develop oneself in a global company.
  • Passion for the Uniqlo brand and E-Commerce business.
