• Design and create engaging user interfaces for our eCommerce platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs for online campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Collaborate with external agencies to support ongoing marketing projects.
• Conduct user research and testing to validate design concepts and optimize user interactions.
• Provide creative direction and guidance to collaborators.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Take existing brand identity and develop the digital guide to ensure consistency and cohesive identity across digital platforms.
• Gain a deep understanding of user needs and requirements and incorporate them into the design process.
• Ensure the accessibility and responsiveness of designs to provide a seamless user experience across different devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, product development, and marketing, to ensure a consistent and user-centric design experience.
• Ensure designs adhere to industry standards, UX/UI best practices, and eCommerce design trends.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and user testing, continually seeking to improve the user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, technologies, and industry advancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in eCommerce UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Shopify, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and other design tools.
• Experience with coding, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
