We are looking for an awesome individual who is passionate about building high performance Digital Strategies. We are looking for experience in running Paid Media scaling campaigns specialising in META with TikTok and other Paid Media channel experience as a secondary.

Responsibilities

The role requires the Paid Social Specialist to:

• Develop Paid Social strategies that are profitable and scalable across various industries.
• We’re looking for eCommerce, growth obsessed scaling growth marketers who enjoy the challenge of innovating and creating performance Ads
• Set up, launch, and manage META, Instagram andTikTok campaigns.
• Collaborate with a cross-channel digital growth team to drive performance as part of a larger strategy.
• Communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients in a highly social and collaborative, remote-first atmosphere using tools like Slack, Zoom, Asana, Email, and other communication tools.
• Continuously innovate and look for smarter and more effective ways to drive performance.
• Prepare performance analysis reports and provide recommendations to improve strategy performance.
• Manage a portfolio of DTC clients (ecomm and lead gen) and competing priorities across various industries in a remote-first environment.

In this role you will be responsible for a portfolio of DTC clients across Australia. At Webprofits we rely on skilled Consultants to set and define the best paid digital strategy and to work with our clients to unlock their growth and digital marketing strategies.
