Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and best practices.
• Hands-on configuration experience in administration setup.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of Salesforce solutions with other systems.
• Design and configure Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow rules, approval processes, validation rules, and flows, to meet government project requirements.
• Communicate effectively with customers and business stakeholders, providing consultation and guidance on Salesforce best practices and solutions.

Requirements:

• Singaporean only.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Min. 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Possesses basic architecture exposure.
• Able to effectively engage with clients/business stakeholders and offer guidance on Salesforce solutions.
• Prior experience in administration setup, 3rd party API integration, and data migration.
• Proficiency in OmniStudio & omniscript is advantageous.
• Salesforce-related certifications are highly preferred.
