Recruitment Consultant Brisbane

Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment or related field, exceptional communication skills with the confidence to make phone calls and attend visits to potential and current clients and candidates. If you are motivated by achieving results and financial gain, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a strong network of clients and candidates
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Provide guidance and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and job placements on our database.
• Attend regular client/candidate visits
• Cold calling both clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment would be highly regarded but not essential.
• Past experience in business to business sales/marketing essential
• Understanding of recruitment techniques, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident making cold calls to generate business
• The ability to manage deadlines effectively.
• Tertiary Qualifications in business (or similar) highly regarded.
• Australian work rights and currently residing in Brisbane.
