What does the Organizational Coach Do?

Reporting to the Head of Coaching Practice, the Organizational Coach will work with the Head of Coaching Practice to design and deliver end-to-end coaching engagement services to the Group focusing, design and deliver coaching-related training programs, and support the building of the OCTAVE coaching ecosystem, infrastructure, and network, as a self-sustaining and effective corporate practice.

The Organizational Coach will be an active advocate of Coaching, working with business leaders to build awareness of the value proposition of the range of coaching services rolled out, measuring the effectiveness of the coaching interventions, and embedding coaching as part of the Group’s organizational culture, in support of growth and transformation.

As a member of OCTAVE Institute, the Organizational Coach will be the subject-matter-expert in somatic, energy and mindfulness coaching, and may be called on to contribute to projects and initiatives that contribute to the broader transformation process of the individual, team, family and organization via a suite of learning journeys and interventions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering end-to-end 1-1 and group coaching engagement services
  • Designing and delivering coaching-related training program
  • Designing and delivering team effectiveness workshops
  • Measuring the impact effectiveness of coaching-related interventions
  • Supporting the building of the Octave coaching ecosystem and infrastructure
  • Internal and external relationship management of the Octave coaching network
  • Supporting the growth and transformation of individuals and organizations
  • Internal and external relationship management of the Octave coaching network

Other Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience as a Coach, with a minimum of 3 years in Somatic/Energy/Mindfulness coaching
  • Established niche in one of the following areas: somatic coaching, energy coaching, mindfulness coaching (incl. clients, scope, model, and outcomes.)
  • Demonstrated track record in coaching corporate executives (incl. company, duration, seniority of leaders, number of clients and references)
  • Demonstrated track record in designing and delivering coaching-related programmes (incl. programme title, scope and learning outcomes)
  • Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills
  • ICF, EMCC or ACTA credentials would be an advantage
  • English as native language; Mother Tongue (Business Mandarin, Bahasa, or Thai) would be a plus.
