Job Responsibilities:

• Communicating company goals to doctors (doctor engagement segmentation)
• Assist and report problems to the tech team identify major issues, and follow up on the progress of the Product support team
• Create reports of teleconsultation statistics (daily and weekly) and provide feedback to doctors
• Responsible for doctor performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from any field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
• Good knowledge of data processing and MS Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Tech-savvy
• Collaborative, fast response and willing to work under pressure
