This role will be critical on growing the direct to consumer (D2C) channel of Halodoc Home Lab and Home Care Business by :
- Conducting business and operations related analysis on how to drive more D2C transactions.
- Working with the cross-functional team on executing the initiative to drive more D2C transactions.
Details of Job Responsibilities :
- Business and operations analysis.
- Market research on new business potential.
- Competitive analysis for existing and new lab tests or services offerings.
- Plan & implement changes and new strategies to improve product marketability.
- Assess operational process & propose and implement improvements
- Cross functional collaboration.
- Campaign and promotion planning with the marketing team.
- Funnel Analysis for Home Lab and Home Care users with marketing team.
- Product improvement planning with product and tech team.
Requirements:
- More than 2 years working experience in similar role is preferred
- Having experience in FMCG and tech companies is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Have a good communication skill, pro-active & detail-oriented
