Job Description

What will you work on?

As Marketing Coordinator at Spin Master, you will be a key contributor to the Preschool Brand marketing team.

How will you create impact?

• Support and help develop global marketing plans and implement globally
• Work with Brand manager to drive the growth of Preschool Category, working with US channel management and international subsidiaries to drive growth and profitability
• Ongoing analysis of product performance and competition at retail to adapt and revise marketing strategies as needed
• Assist in managing projects related to product development preparing new product start documents, product costing, and packaging briefs
• Coordinate guidance of cross-functional partners (design, content, engineering, packaging) throughout the product development process in coordination with respective cross-divisional brand teams.

What are your skills and experience?

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office, coupled with excellent organizational communication skills, and customer service skills

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in California is $55,000 to $65,000 per annum. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
