About The Job

As an IT Manager, your job responsibilities involve:

• Addressing and resolving ICT Helpdesk System issues promptly, analyzing persistent problems, and recommending corrective actions.
• Utilizing project management skills for the successful implementation of corporate systems from concept through to transition.
• Manage a team of IT Executives while keeping the department up to date with trends and technologies development in the Industry.
• Keeping ICT inventory up to date, managing resource deployment at project sites and headquarters, including semi-annual bulk purchases and disposal of outdated equipment.
• Managing daily operations of ICT systems, this includes overseeing the deployment of Office-365 and other cloud applications across the organization.
• Assessing new ICT initiatives, documenting system requirements for deployment, and overseeing vendor selection for ICT implementations.

Skills And Experience Required

As a successful candidate, you should have at least 6 years of working experience in a proven IT leadership role having managed a team of direct reports.

You should have a strong track record in end-to-end IT Project management or implementation coupled with strong stakeholder management skills.

You should also have a strong hands-on experience in ICT systems, this includes helpdesk and IT Operations.
