Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative your key contribution will be to provide top notch customer service to new and existing customers. You will be a critical link between the company and its customers and make sure they are being appropriately looked after. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer queries via phone and email ensuring a timely, accurate and quality response
- Providing resolution to all technical queries and account management information on services
- Identifying queries which require additional attention and implementing appropriate procedures to enhance customer confidence
- Ensuring accurate information is recorded within their CRM System
- Contributing to the development of new ideas
- Performing administrative duties to support the provision of service delivery
Your Skills And Experience
- Ideally you will have at least 1 year’s customer service experience – open to industry
- You have the natural ability and desire to help others and are passionate about providing excellent service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills should be second nature to you
- You are known for your attention to detail, time management and resilience
