· Understanding of third-party online marketplaces

· Identify competitors and market trends to develop strategy to be able to maximise selling opportunities in existing and new categories.

· Keeping up to date with new features and benefits that Amazon and other e-commerce platforms introduce, and applying them to our product range

· Sourcing and adding new and existing products to the online selection. Finding new brands with sales online sales opportunity

· Assisting in the product development by recommending and applying innovative suggestions

· Active management of new and existing advertisements

· Achieve growth targets

· Managing stock and inventory, replenishment, shipping orders and FBA shipments

· Identify changing market dynamics/trends within the hospitality sector and develop and implement appropriate strategies to maximise emerging opportunities. Constructively challenges the status quo and keeps an open mind to new ideas that will maximise business performance.

· Develop collaborative and proactive partnerships and networks that support fresh thinking and opportunity for innovative ideas and strategies to grow the business in a sustainable and profitable manner. Create a strong market presence that sets it apart from the competition.



· E-commerce experience


· High school graduate

· Degree or 4 + years’ work experience in sales, account management, or e-commerce



· Skilled in optimising business performance, identifying and addressing capability gaps and developing team effectiveness. Demonstrates a pragmatic and transparent leadership that instils confidence and builds capability. Clearly articulates expectations and actively encourages team and individual success. Supports behaviours needed for immediate results whilst setting the cultural foundation for long term sustainable business performance.

· A capacity to think and act strategically that leverages existing business strengths to maximise opportunities whilst scanning for potential threats and problems. Ability to see things from a long range perspective and deliver solutions to allow the business builds its financial viability and sustainability.

· Enjoys regular interaction with others with the capacity to develop relationships that are inclusive and warm. Demonstrates a strong belief in making things happen through others and acts as a catalyst for change.
