What You’ll Do:

The Chief of Staff will support the founders and the broader team in the management of our company processes and strategy, you will cover the below:

• Dynamic Processes: As our CoS, you’ll spearhead the development of critical processes, ensuring smooth operations and informed decision-making. With our rapid growth, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to evolve these processes every 6-12 months to match evolving needs and teams.
• Strategic Leadership & Vision: Collaborating closely with our leadership team, you’ll help refine and implement our strategic business plans. Your analytical support and visionary insights will drive initiatives that propel us towards long-term success. From setting the agenda for company-wide meetings to leading quarterly strategic planning sessions, you’ll be at the forefront of driving alignment and prioritization.
• Effective Communication: You’ll take the lead in internal communications, bridging any gaps and keeping our team informed and engaged. Your proactive approach will ensure clarity and transparency across all levels of the organization.
• Decision-Making Expertise: Guiding our founders in making informed decisions is your forte. By designing decision-making frameworks and providing clarity on ownership and authority, you’ll accelerate our ability to move forward with confidence.
• Investor Relations: Manage investor communications and play a key role in crafting presentations for investor meetings. Your ability to clearly articulate our financial data and growth objectives will inspire confidence and support in our stakeholders.
• Leadership Support: Assist our founders in shaping and communicating our company’s vision. Your analytical prowess and strategic guidance will be invaluable as we navigate new opportunities and chart our course for the future.

What you will bring to role:

• Experience as consultant in reputable consulting firm providing valuable business analysis, strategy and resource allocation
• Exceptionally organised and process-driven
• You accomplish important complex projects and own them end-to-end no matter what
• An exceptional written communicator and a strong verbal communicator
• Confident at influencing and wrangling executives at any level of seniority
• A master deck-maker, and understand how to compellingly understand and craft messaging for any audience
