Requirements :

Fluent in English with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences
5–10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or solution architecture roles
Proven track record designing and delivering end-to-end enterprise or SaaS solutions
Strong expertise in system design, distributed systems, and integration patterns (REST, event-driven, messaging)
Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and cloud-native architectures
Solid understanding of microservices, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
Experience with API design, management, and security best practices
Strong knowledge of data architecture, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and data flow design
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code ( etc : Terraform)
Understanding of security frameworks (OAuth2, SSO, IAM, Zero Trust concepts)
Ability to produce architecture diagrams using tools such as Lucidchart, Drawio, or Visio
Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and requirements discovery skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
High attention to detail with strong documentation discipline
Ability to balance technical depth with business impact
Reliable internet connection and readiness for remote collaboration across time zones

Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end solution architecture from discovery through delivery and post-launch optimization
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical designs
Produce high-quality architecture artifacts (HLD, LLD, sequence diagrams, data flows)
Define integration strategies between internal systems and third-party services
Guide engineering teams on design patterns, coding standards, and architectural decisions
Evaluate build vs. buy decisions and recommend appropriate technologies
Ensure non-functional requirements are met (performance, scalability, security, reliability, cost)
Identify technical risks early and define mitigation and fallback strategies
Support pre-sales by contributing to technical proposals, RFPs, and client presentations
Collaborate with product managers to align roadmap with technical capabilities
Review implementations to ensure architectural compliance
Drive cloud architecture best practices and cost-aware design
Mentor senior engineers and emerging architects
Continuously improve architecture governance, standards, and reusable patterns
Monitor production systems and recommend evolutionary improvements
Act as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams
