Requirements :

Fluent in English with excellent listening and typing skills
Proven experience in transcription, captioning, or similar work preferred
Strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation accuracy
Ability to understand different accents and audio qualities
Fast and accurate typing speed (typically 60+ WPM preferred)
Proficiency with transcription tools or software
Good attention to detail and proofreading skills
Reliable internet connection for file access and delivery
Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Responsibilities :

Listen to audio or video files and convert speech into written text
Produce accurate and well-formatted transcripts
Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar and clarity
Follow client guidelines and formatting requirements
Meet assigned deadlines for each transcription project
Handle multiple files and manage workload efficiently
Communicate with clients or project managers when clarification is needed
Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times
