Role Responsibilities

Observe and assess simulated student work to support AI training development.
Provide expert feedback on lesson objectives, instructional materials, and learner progress scenarios.
Analyze and adapt virtual teaching methods to reflect best practices for diverse learner needs.
Evaluate AI generated educational content and recommend improvements based on teaching expertise.
Collaborate asynchronously with research and development teams to refine training data.


Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, TESOL, Adult Education, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience teaching Adult Basic Education, Adult Secondary Education, and or ESL.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
