Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile applications
Collaborate with product, development, and design teams to deliver user-centered solutions
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
Maintain consistency of design systems and guidelines
Stay updated on UX best practices and emerging trends.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in UX design or related roles
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing results
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Fluent in English
Based in Australia with full working rights
